About us

Liquidity First Lending (Lagcao Financial Lending Corp.) is an SEC-registered lender offering salary and business loans to employees and SME owners. After building our base in Ortigas, we're opening in Pampanga, and we're looking for the person who'll make it work.

The role

You'll be our first team member in Pampanga and you'll meet clients, build our local presence, and run the office day to day, working closely with our Manila HQ, which handles credit approval and fund release. This role suits someone who's comfortable working independently and wants to grow with a new branch from day one.

What you'll do

Meet walk-in and referred clients, explain loan products, and guide them through application and requirements
Collect and pre-screen documents (IDs, COE, payslips, business permits) before endorsing to HQ for credit review
Handle in-person loan releases, contract signing, and post-dated check collection
Build our local pipeline: reach out to HR departments of Clark and Angeles companies for salary-deduction tie-ups, and connect with SME owners and business groups
Run local marketing on the ground, including referral programs, flyers, community events, and social media coordination with HQ
Manage the office: supplies, schedules, client records, and daily reports to HQ
Assist with follow-ups on Pampanga accounts and coordinate with the Manila collections team when needed

What we're looking for

2+ years in lending, banking, financing, or sales with direct client contact
Based in or near Angeles, Clark, or San Fernando, with a good network in the area
Self-starter who can work without daily supervision and still report reliably
Clear communicator in Kapampangan, Filipino, and English
Organized, honest, and comfortable handling documents and checks
Experience pitching to company HR or doing B2B partnerships is a big plus
