Qualifications
- With at least 1 year working experience as a Loan Account Officer.
- Has good negotiation and interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to details, resourceful, organized, proactive, and systematic.
- Willing to travel and do field work.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Actively market loan products to meet monthly and annual targets
- Responsible for executing the bank's marketing strategy, promoting the branch through fieldwork, securing new business, and educating clients about its products
- Analyze applicant financial qualifications, credit history, and collateral to evaluate risk and determine feasibility
- Prepare loan documents, verify completeness, and ensure compliance with bank policies, BSP standards, and legal regulations
- Ensures efficient and effective monitoring of loans to achieve low to zero past-due rates.
- Assists clients thru regular communications regarding updates and information to maintain clients retention with the bank
The PLANBANK Rural Bank of Canlubang Planters, Inc. was incorporated on November 24, 1952 by sugar planters who were members of the Banco Rural de CA-BA-LAG, a cooperative operating and serving the needs of sugar planters from the provinces of Cavite, Batangas and Laguna. The Bank was given a license to operate by the Central Bank of the Philippines (now Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) on January 25, 1953.
