Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree on Business Administration, Finance, Banking and Finance, Real Estate Management, or any related course
  • At least three to five (3-5) years of relevant work experience in real estate accounts management, credit evaluation or housing loan processing.
  • With proven experience in sales pre-evaluation, credit assessment, contract preparation, and buyer documentation processing.
  • Familiar with home loan processes, buyer qualification, and bank financing procedures.
  • With experience in facilitating seminars or buyer orientation related to real estate purchase processes.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Pre-Evaluation
  • Conduct credit interview with prospective buyers
  • Evaluate financial capacity and eligibility for property purchase or financing.
  • Document findings and provide recommendations on buyer qualification.
  • Contract Preparation and Documentation
  • Prepare and encode buyer information into:
  • Contract to Sell
  • Deed of Absolute Sale
  • Other purchase and loan documents
  • Facilitate contract signing and explain contractual provisions to buyers
  • Coordinate proper notarization and safekeeping of legal documents
  • Home Loan Seminar Facilitation
  • Schedule and conduct home loan orientation seminars
  • Educate buyers regarding:
  • Loan processes
  • Payment obligations
  • Penalties and account cancellation policies
  • Documentary Compliance Monitoring
  • Issue notices and coordinate with buyers regarding documentary completion
  • Conduct follow-ups and field visits when necessary
  • Update documentary status in the Accounts Database
  • Account Monitoring
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales regarding documentary compliance status
  • Implement proper account cancellation procedures when required
  • Validate documentation for commission processing eligibility
  • Records and Database Management
  • Maintain and monitor the Accounts Database
  • Ensure proper document safekeeping and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare periodic reports and operational documentation
  • Financial Administration
  • Process operational cash advances and ensure proper liquidation
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
