Will support all debt financing activities, including the completion of loan requirements, registrations, and foreign exchange transactions (when applicable). They are also responsible for managing daily operational requirements related to financing transactions and for preparing regulatory compliance documents, such as BSP registrations and notifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in management and optimization of existing syndication, including but limited to:
- Ensure compliance to all Loan Covenants, Requirements, Documentations and completing subsequent assets registration.
- Manage Loan Facilities including utilization and interest/principal repayments. Establish and maintain corresponding ledgers.
- Conduct optimization of existing syndication, including sustainable loan/green loan and refinancing.
- Other Syndication related issues, including securing necessary waivers, feedback to inquiries from lenders etc.
Assist in the implementation of future local and overseas financing to secure line of credit:
- Conducting research on local financing; designing financing structures and communicating with financial institutions on the plans.
- Facilitating drafting of financing agreement, negotiation, approval process and signing, and conducting post-loan management.
Assist in preparing LC, LG and standby LC.
Assist in establishing and updating financing ledgers and submitting relevant materials according to other departments requirements.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by leaders.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above, majoring in finance, economics, or law related majors.
- 1 to 3 years of overseas financing or credit related experience, successful project financing experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills; Innovative, self-motivated, business value-oriented and be a good team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
