Responsibilities

Order Waving & Task Management

Plan, prioritize, and execute daily order waving activities based on shipment schedules, customer requirements, and warehouse capacity.
Release picking, replenishment, and inventory movement tasks through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Monitor order progress and adjust wave releases to optimize resource utilization and service levels.
Ensure all tasks are released accurately and on time to support operational requirements.
Coordinate with Operations Supervisors to balance workload across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch teams.

Load Planning & Dispatch Coordination

Develop efficient load plans to maximize vehicle utilization while meeting delivery schedules.
Consolidate orders and allocate shipments based on delivery routes, volume, weight, and vehicle capacity.
Coordinate with transport providers and dispatch teams to ensure on-time vehicle departures.
Monitor outbound shipment execution and resolve delivery or dispatch-related issues.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific loading and transportation requirements.

Inventory & System Control

Monitor inventory availability and identify stock issues impacting order fulfillment.
Coordinate with Inventory and Operations teams to resolve allocation discrepancies and inventory exceptions.
Validate order integrity before release to minimize fulfillment errors.
Ensure accurate transaction processing within the WMS and related systems.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle time, wave completion, productivity, dispatch accuracy, and on-time shipment performance.
Analyze operational trends and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse planning and order management.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary coordination point between warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, and inventory teams regarding order fulfillment priorities.
Communicate operational constraints, shipment priorities, and dispatch updates to stakeholders.
Support customer requirements and service level agreement (SLA) commitments.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics planning, dispatch planning, or supply chain operations.
Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), order management, and inventory control.
Exposure to distribution center or regional warehouse operations is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, transportation planning, and inventory management.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time-sensitive conditions.

Other Requirements

Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Davao Regional Distribution Center.
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
Capable of supporting critical dispatch and peak-season activities.
