Responsibilities

• Plan and create daily load plans for outbound shipments.

• Ensure optimal use of truck and container capacity.

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, and Operations teams for loading schedules.

• Ensure compliance with weight limits, loading rules, and safety standards.

• Monitor shipment priorities, delivery schedules, and cutoff times.

• Update load plans and shipment details in TMS/WMS.

• Resolve loading issues and adjust plans based on volume changes.

• Prepare basic load utilization and performance reports.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

• 2-4 years experience in load planning, transport, or logistics operations.

• Good understanding of load planning and transport operations.

• Experience using TMS and/or WMS.

• Strong analytical and planning skills.

• Proficient in Excel and basic reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules when needed.

• Willing to be assigned in Bustos, Bulacan.
