Campaign & Incentives planning to drive all seller streamers growth: Liaise and work with internal and external teams to come up with insightful acquisition campaign ideas based on project performance and all available data, and track performance
Handles cross-functional operations across online marketing channels, from asset coordination, social media coordination, campaign dashboard set-up, optimization, to postmortem analysis.
Oversee campaign performance and provide recommendations based on actionable, data-driven insights with the clear objective of driving new users.
Expected to present output to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any business-related course
Minimum 4 years experience in Campaign strategy/ in digital marketing (media planning, ads implementation, campaign execution and analysis on digital channels)
Prior experience in eCommerce/ digital marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonus
Strong analytical and planning skills
Self-starter and a team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiar with MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
