Job Description
Leads seller programs, campaigns and communications in livestream:
Seller Programs
- Lead programs to increase seller adoption and enhance relationships with Shopee Live sellers in direct liaison with seller departments
- Actively propose recommendations to improve processes for Seller streamers and suggest innovative growth solutions to grow and retain seller streamers in Shopee Live
- Create reports to monitor performance of Shopee sellers and present to senior management
- Oversee work with agencies on negotiations and operations
Campaigns And Communications
- Manage overall campaign strategy for PH Shopee Livestream to improve performance of Shopee Live
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for campaign assets, vouchers, and coins requests
- Monitor the performance of campaigns including assets and Livestream entry points
- Handle internal and external communication of Shopee Live
- Oversee seller education programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field
- At least 5-6 years of experience in Marketing or PR
- Prior experience in eCommerce and livestream preferred
- Able to work independently and with a team
- A data-driven & analytical thinker
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in both Filipino & English
