Job Description

Ensure the quality of Live streaming activities for KOLs within the assigned portfolio, ensuring strict adherence to company guidelines and terms of service.
Maintain performance consistency of top-performing KOLs, driving sustained sales growth and engagement even during non-campaign periods.
Enhance and develop KOL potential to ensure long-term, sustainable income generation for creators.
Execute recruitment and acquisition strategies to onboard high-quality Creators/KOLs from competing platforms and drive active participation on Shopee.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of campaigns and missions to incentivize and maintain consistent KOL activity.
Provide data-driven insights and visibility support, equipping KOLs with product information and tools to optimize their overall performance.

At least 1 years of professional relevant working experience. (if having an experience in Project Management fields is a plus)
Fresh Graduate is welcome.
Great communication with the ability to speak fluently to business people, designers, and other stakeholders
Able to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external parties.
Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic and data-driven environment
Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
Possess analytical and problem solving skills
Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
