Key Responsibilities
We are expanding ourFinal Expense Insurancetelesales operations and are seeking motivated, results-driven telemarketers to join our growing team. As a Telesales Representative, youll connect directly with prospects, present tailored final expense coverage options to seamlessly transfer eligible prospects to licensed agents for policy completion.
What Youll Do:
- Make 300+ outbound calls per day to prospects who have inquired about final expense coverage.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of final expense insurance, including coverage for funeral costs, burial expenses, and other end-of-life needs.
- Work provided leads such as:Inbound internet leads
- Aged leads
- Re-contact lists
- Cross-sell opportunities
- Perform live transfers of qualified, engaged prospects to licensed insurance agents.
- Use the ReadyMode system to efficiently manage, track, and follow up with leads.
- Convert conversations into policy opportunities, qualified appointments, or successful live transfers.
- Deliver a compassionate and professional customer experience while consistently achieving daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and guide sensitive conversations with empathy.
- Prior telesales, insurance, or call center sales experience (final expense experience is a strong plus).
- Experience handling live transfers smoothly and professionally.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Ability to confidently overcome objections and move prospects toward a clear next step.
