Live Selling Host

As an E-commerce Live Host, you will be the face of ALBERTO Global's live shopping channels, engaging customers through interactive live selling sessions across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. You will showcase our products, drive customer engagement, and contribute to achieving sales and conversion targets. Success in this role is measured by your ability to create an engaging shopping experience, build customer trust, and consistently deliver strong live-selling performance while representing our brands professionally.

• Host engaging and interactive live selling sessions across e-commerce platforms.
• Showcase product features, benefits, and styling recommendations to encourage customer purchases.
• Respond to customer inquiries and interact with viewers in real time.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, vouchers, and exclusive live-selling offers.
• Prepare and coordinate products, scripts, and live materials before each session.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to execute live selling campaigns.
• Monitor live performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image throughout every live session.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a live audience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada is an advantage.
• Experience in live selling, affiliate marketing, content creation, or retail sales is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and campaign periods when required.
