Job Description
Responsibilities
- Host scheduled live selling sessions via social media and e-commerce platforms to showcase and sell products such as paints, auto parts, tools, accessories, etc.
- Present products in a clear, enthusiastic, and informative manner to highlight features, benefits, and promos.
- Answer real-time questions from viewers and assist them with purchase decisions.
- Coordinate with the inventory and marketing team to prepare live selling scripts, product line-ups, and pricing.
- Drive engagement by encouraging viewer participation, likes, shares, and follows.
- Process orders received during live sessions and ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Track live selling performance (views, sales, conversions) and submit regular reports.
- Stay updated with trends in live selling, customer behavior, and competitive strategies.
- Help manage online store listings, product descriptions, and customer inquiries when not live.
