Job Purpose

The Live Commerce Host drives online sales through engaging live selling sessions on e-commerce platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. They present products clearly, highlight benefits, and manage real-time customer interactions to boost conversion and brand awareness. The role involves preparing content, executing promos, optimizing engagement, and tracking performance, while collaborating closely with e-commerce, marketing, and fulfillment teams. Hosts stay up to date with live commerce trends, adapt quickly to platform features, and maintain a professional, energetic on-screen presence to ensure a seamless and sales-driven live experience

Job Responsibilities

Live Selling Strategy: Plan and host Live Selling sessions that support sales targets and campaign goals. Understand product positioning, pricing, and promo mechanics before each live.

Product and Content Management: Present products clearly, demonstrate usage, and highlight benefits. Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and stock availability during Live sessions.

Sales and Engagement Optimization: Use selling techniques such as limited offers, bundles, and urgency to increase conversion. Encourage interaction through questions, polls, and shout outs.

Customer Experience Enhancement: Respond to customer questions and concerns in real time. Handle objections professionally and create a fun and welcoming live environment.

Performance Tracking and Improvement: Review Live session results and identify what worked and what can be improved. Apply learnings to future Live Selling sessions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the ecommerce, marketing, and fulfillment teams to align on promos, inventory, and campaign schedules. Coordinate with creatives for visuals and scripts.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on Live commerce trends, platform features, and competitor activities. Adapt hosting style and content based on market behavior.

Job Requirements

Education: High school graduate or equivalent

Location: Must be based within Metro Manila

Working Hours: Should be flexible within the day (Onsite Work every day)

Experience: At least 2 years live selling experience and has experience in Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop selling of Beauty, wellness or health products.

Presence: Naturally confident, high-energy, and comfortable being the face of the brand in front of a live camera.

Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of TikTok Shop Live and other live-selling platforms.

Skills: Good Communication Skills, Time and Energy Management, Basic Technical Skills, Data Awareness, Platform Familiarity, engagement
