Role Description:

The Litigation Associate will be responsible for supporting and handling a range of litigation matters. Day-to-day tasks include drafting pleadings, motions, and other court submissions; conducting legal research; assisting in case strategy; and preparing for and attending hearings in various courts and quasi-judicial bodies. The role also involves taking and defending depositions where applicable, coordinating with clients and witnesses, and managing case files and timelines. The Litigation Associate will collaborate closely with partners and senior associates to ensure high-quality work product and effective advocacy for clients.

Qualifications:

• Admission into the Philippine Bar
• Strong foundation in law, with solid understanding of civil, commercial, and procedural rules
• Experience in drafting and reviewing Motions and other pleadings
• Excellent legal Research skills
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, work collaboratively, and maintain professional integrity
