Job Overview
We are looking for a Lean-Pro LinkedIn Outreach & Appointment Specialist who can drive qualified consultations through strategic, high-level LinkedIn outreach. This role is for a disciplined, articulate, and results-driven professional who knows how to engage senior executives and decision-makers with precision and professionalism. You will be responsible for initiating meaningful conversations, nurturing prospects through structured messaging sequences, and converting interest into booked consultations. This is an execution-focused role that requires consistency, CRM discipline, and strong written communication skills.
Responsibilities
LinkedIn Outreach Execution
- Send 75100 personalized connection requests weekly
- Manage structured 3-touch LinkedIn messaging sequences
- Research prospects to ensure tailored and relevant outreach
- Maintain platform compliance and professional etiquette
Appointment Setting
- Book 1520 qualified consultations monthly
- Confirm appointments at least 48 hours in advance
- Maintain a target show rate of 85% or higher
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Log all outreach and booking activity in CRM or tracking sheets
- Update prospect status and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Report weekly on connection rates, response rates, booked calls, and pipeline progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or appointment setting
- Proven ability to book 10+ qualified monthly appointments with senior executives or high-level professionals
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator with strong understanding of platform limits and best practices
- Excellent written English communication skills; able to craft compelling, personalized messages under 150 words
- Strong CRM discipline with accurate data entry and pipeline tracking
- Professional, polished, and discreet when engaging high-level prospects
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in luxury goods, professional services, legal, medical, or financial industries
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
