Smart Build LLC is a U.S.-based general contractor specializing in multifamily, hospitality, and assisted living renovations. We are growing nationwide and we're looking for a Marketing Assistant who can support our marketing campaigns, CRM workflows, and digital initiatives across multiple markets.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns, including outreach and engagement with industry professionals.
- Support email marketing campaigns pre- and post-tradeshow, newsletters, and client follow-ups.
- Update and maintain contact databases and CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot).
- Assist with marketing materials graphics, presentations, event flyers, and reports.
- Track and report campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on lead generation and marketing projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc marketing and admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing VA for U.S.-based clients (required).
- Strong background in LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, Sales Navigator, and CRM management (Zoho or HubSpot preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
