Position Title: LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Salary Range: Jr level Php. 45,000.00, Mid-Sr. level Php. 55,000.00
We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support the sales outreach efforts of a growing hybrid tech consulting and recruitment agency business.
This role is focused on
- Lead Gen for consulting: Engaging with potential clients via LinkedIn Premium, using a structured outreach process designed to book 15-minute discovery calls with the business owner.
- Lead Gen for recruitment: Engaging with prospective clients, targeting hiring managers via LinkedIn and Email for candidates we have seeking work.
The ideal candidate is confident in written communication, skilled in prospecting and follow-up, and driven by clear outcomes and measurable results.
Your Responsibilities as a Lead Generation Specialist would be:
Lead Gen for Consulting:
- Confirm and understand the target company profiles (provided by the client).
- Connect with 50 target profiles each day focus on quality, not quantity.
- Send 25 high-quality, new LinkedIn messages following a specific framework for templated messaging workflows each day.
- Nurture existing LinkedIn chats to lead them through a sales funnel to book 15-minute calls (initially 1 per week with the goal to grow to more).
- Track all outreach activity, including sent messages, follow-ups, response status, and lead outcomes using a structured tracking system or CRM.
- Maintain clear records to support KPI measurement and to monitor the status of both active and dormant leads.
- Notify the client immediately when a prospect responds to arrange the meeting.
- Maintain organized records of prospect status and notes.
- Adjust focus as needed when urgent outreach campaigns arise.
Lead Gen for Recruitment:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify candidates fit for purpose for job descriptions, utilising our internal database, LinkedIn Profiles and creative search methods.
- Proactive Talent Representation: Proactively introduce the high-quality candidates we represent to our existing clients or hiring managers via LinkedIn and Email.
- Candidate Nurture: Maintain our candidate database to ensure a strong pipeline of active and passive talent, including LinkedIn messages and emails to candidates to confirm availability and interest in roles.
General administration:
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM and candidate database
- Conducting administrative tasks like formatting CV's, files, writing emails and outreach campaigns.
Qualifications as a Lead Generation Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales outreach, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Premium features, including advanced search, messaging, and profile tracking.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Experience with consulting, IT services, or recruitment industries is a plus.
- Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple prospects and stages.
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or similar tracking platforms is desirable.
