Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toledo for a Line Worker. The Line Worker will focus on maintaining and repairing electrical lines and equipment while ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols. Day-to-day tasks include installing new lines, troubleshooting electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role may involve collaboration with teams to ensure compliance with operational guidelines and meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with conducting training sessions and ensuring adherence to defined standards
- Proficiency in performing quality control tasks to meet company and regulatory requirements
- Practical skills including common sense and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures in electrical environments
- Relevant certifications or training in electrical work or utilities is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education is advantageous
