Job Description

Bachelor's degree in any discipline of Engineering or equivalent (preferably Industrial Engineer)
Experience in a manufacturing company is advantage
With experience/background in Quality Control and/or Assurance task is advantage
Conduct failure analysis training and monitoring discussion to new QC member,
Participate in process confirmation activities and make action plan for QC related findings,
Analyze trend of defect modes based on non conformance report received and feedback result to concerned members,
Initiate improvement plan meetings and discussion with other support group,
Issue Corrective action reports and discuss with concerned sections until closure.
