Sarimonde is seeking a motivated and skilled Line Lead to join our dedicated team. As a Line Lead, you will play a vital role in driving production excellence and leading our talented production team toward achieving Key Performance Measures (KPMs) during the assigned shift. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, optimizing efficiency, and delivering products of the highest quality to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Production Team: As the Line Lead, you will be at the forefront of our production operations, guiding and motivating our production team to achieve KPMs and meet production targets effectively. Your strong leadership skills will create an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Promote Problem-Solving: Facilitate planning and evaluation meetings to encourage creative problem-solving among team members. By fostering an atmosphere of open communication and collaboration, you will drive innovative solutions and improve operational efficiency.
- Strategic Development: Your strategic acumen will be put to the test as you develop practical and forward-thinking strategies to achieve KPMs and enhance overall production processes. Your vision and ability to adapt to evolving challenges will propel our production operations to new heights.
- Employee Orientation and Training: Ensuring that our employees are well-equipped and empowered to perform their roles effectively is essential. As a Line Lead, you will take charge of providing proper orientation and training to team members, empowering them to excel in their respective roles and achieve the desired results.
- Effective Communication: You will take the lead in communicating standard performance measures and required product standards to the production team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Educational Background: You must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Your expertise in manufacturing/production operations will be the driving force behind your success as a Line Lead.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical and planning skills, along with good communication and presentation skills, will be instrumental in making data-driven decisions and collaborating effectively with the team.
- Experience Level: Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 1-4 years of experience as a specialist in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. This experience level will demonstrate your readiness to take on the responsibilities of this role.
- Flexibility: Our production schedule follows shifts that can vary, so we need someone who is comfortable with adapting to changes and is open to the dynamic nature of our production environment.
