Job Description

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes and portion control
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen section
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages or spoilage
  • Assist in receiving and checking food supplies
  • Minimize food waste and practice cost control measures
  • Comply with food safety, and hygiene standards
  • Follow kitchen policies and hotel rules at all times
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by management
