  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in culinary arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; Less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven cook skills including food preparation and cooking; Familiarity with kitchen equipment; Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes; assisting with stock rotation; maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment; must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Qualities and Traits: Quick learner, team player with a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic; good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
