Job Description
Graduate of Electrical, or related course
With experience or knowledge in estimating / costing / quantity take-off
Proficient in MS Excel and reading plans
Detail-oriented and analytical
Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage
Willing to undergo factory training in China
Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project cost estimates based on project plans and requirements
Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with the Design and Sales Teams regarding project requirements and scope clarification
Prepare cost breakdowns, quotations, and client proposals within the required timeline
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and evaluate material pricing and options
Monitor material costs and update estimates as necessary
Assist the Project Team with cost-related concerns during project implementation
Recommend practical and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
Perform other related duties as assigned
