We are seeking a Product Support to join our growing team. This role is key to driving our product strategy, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring our product portfolio meets both market demand and company vision.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team that includes a Visualizer, CAD Drafters ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Define and execute product implementation in line with Ideolux's growth roadmap.
- Manage and monitor the progress of product creation in our PIM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with designers, sales support, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Communicate directly with OEMs to maintain strong partnerships, ensure quality, and support product development.
- Report directly to the Directors with regular updates and progress reports on team performance, product status, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and present recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Team Leader.
- 3-5 years experience in the architectural lighting industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results driven mindset.
- A passion for technical products and solutions someone who loves technical challenges and innovation.
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy.
- Familiarity with international markets and product development processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, ERP, CRM.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday 9:00am--6:00pm
Saturday 9:30am- 12:30pm
