Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure the safety of all guests.
• Enforce pool rules, regulations, and safety standards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and rescue situations.
• Administer First Aid and CPR when required.
• Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated pool areas.
• Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests.

Requirements

• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Previous lifeguard experience is an advantage.
• Strong swimming and rescue skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and take immediate action during emergencies.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
