Life Insurance Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (WFH)

Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Rate: Php21,000/monthly

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a dedicated and results-driven Life Insurance Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support outbound sales efforts. This role focuses on making high-volume outbound calls, handling objections professionally, and booking qualified appointments with potential clients.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in rebuttals, and able to maintain professionalism and consistency throughout a full 8-hour calling day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to life insurance leads consistently for 8 hours per day
• Engage prospects professionally and confidently
• Handle objections and rebuttals effectively without being pushy
• Qualify leads and book appointments on behalf of the client
• Maintain accurate call notes and appointment records
• Follow provided scripts, call flows, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with the team and provide support when needed

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confidence in handling objections and closing for appointments
• Ability to stay motivated and focused during high-volume calling

• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience calling life insurance or insurance-related leads
• Familiarity with CRM systems or call dialers
• Prior U.S. market calling experience
