Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. The role is based in Pasig, with an option for partial remote work. Responsibilities include assisting clients in property transactions, providing expert insights into real estate opportunities, and building strong relationships through excellent customer service. The candidate will actively prospect for new clients, prepare sales materials, and meet targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Holds a valid Real Estate License and possesses knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate practices
- Demonstrated Sales skills with the ability to achieve targets and close transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in real estate or property development sales is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
