Role Description
This full-time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the primary location in Pasig and partial remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, managing property sales, and maintaining market knowledge. You'll identify and connect buyers with the right real estate options, assist in negotiations, and guide clients through the sales process, ensuring an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and qualifications in Real Estate, Real Property, and the possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Ability to provide expert advice and build trusted client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research to stay updated with industry trends
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a hybrid work schedule
- A degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or related fields is an advantage
