Role Overview

We are seeking high-performing, active Licensed Real Estate Brokers to join our core team. This role is designed for results-driven real estate professionals with proven track records in property sales, digital marketing, and team leadership. As a Core Broker, you will leverage your expertise to manage sales transactions, market properties digitally, and drive regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end real estate sales processes and property transactions.

Develop and manage real estate marketing content using digital tools like Canva.

Manage social media presence to generate leads and engage potential buyers.

Demonstrate team leadership and mentor sales teams/agents within your assigned region.

Meet and exceed personal and team sales volume targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Real Estate Broker License.

Proven track record and portfolio demonstrating high sales volume and past performance achievements.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end sales processes and strategies.

Experience in social media management, Canva content creation, and team leadership.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
