Role Description This full-time Licensed Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Tabogon, Cebu, with some work-from-home flexibility. The agent is responsible for representing company-held properties, conducting site visits, and coordinating with prospective buyers and partners. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property information, facilitating viewings, and supporting negotiations within company guidelines. The role involves managing documentation for sales and leases, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions. The agent will collaborate with internal teams for marketing initiatives, market analysis, and client service follow-up to support successful and transparent property transactions.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices in the Philippines.
• Experience in Real Estate transactions, including land sales, development projects, and property marketing.
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close transactions ethically.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and client relationship-building.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, conduct on-site property visits in Tabogon, and manage remote tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and negotiation skills; attention to detail in contracts and records.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, office productivity software, online listing platforms).
• Relevant experience in Philippine real estate markets; familiarity with Cebu property landscape is an advantage.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
