Licensed Project Architect (Design & Technical)

About the role

We are actively looking for a proactive Licensed Project Architect (Design & Technical) with attention to detail and the capacity to transform ideas into powerful visual representations to add to our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural concepts, plans, designs, presentations, construction documents, and shop drawings.
• Assist in material selection, detailing, and permit processing.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, site teams, consultants, and other technical professionals.
• Conduct site visits and assist with construction supervision.
• Help identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Manage projects from design development to construction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of design, architectural detailing, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Strong design judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and team members.
• Organized, proactive, adaptable, and reliable.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.

Work Set-up: Onsite (Cebu City, Cebu)

Applicant must be amenable to commute to Camputhaw, Cebu City
