Role Description

This full-time, on-site Licensed Civil Engineer (Entry-Level Property Engineer) role is located in Mandaluyong. The role includes designing civil engineering projects, planning and executing property management tasks, preparing and reviewing project specifications, and managing stormwater solutions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and expertise in Civil Engineering applications
• Experience with Planning and Civil Engineering Project Management
• Knowledge in Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design
• Must hold a valid license as a Civil Engineer
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adhere to project timelines
• Familiarity with Mandaluyong's regulatory and environmental guidelines is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
