License Management Analyst

We are looking for a License Management Analyst to join our team and support software asset and license management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in software licensing, contract management, procurement coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing software renewals, maintaining licensing records, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track software license renewals to ensure timely processing and avoid service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate software asset inventories, licensing records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, IT teams, and vendors regarding license purchases, renewals, and payments.
• Review and monitor software contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Support budget planning and cost tracking related to software subscriptions and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.
• Generate reports and provide insights on software usage, renewals, and asset management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to address licensing requirements and operational concerns.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve license management processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in software license management, software asset management, contract management, procurement, business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software licensing concepts and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling contracts, renewals, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
