As a License & Data Rights Reviewer, you'll review and assess the rights associated with a wide range of data sources, including:

Terms of Use & Licensing Agreements

Creative Commons Licenses

Government Open Data

Data Use Agreements

Content & Data Usage Restrictions

You'll help determine whether data sources have the appropriate permissions and licensing conditions for their intended use.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

LL.B./LL.M. with an Intellectual Property focus or equivalent licensing experience

3+ years of experience in:

• Intellectual Property (IP)

• Content Licensing

• Data Licensing

• Copyright or related legal review

Preferred: Experience working with AI training data, datasets, or AI-related content
