Liaison Officer - Brokers Network Group (Sales)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaison Officer. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with accredited brokers and their respective clients. The Liaison Officer will also handle complaints, feedback, and inquiries and provide training to stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service skills, including the ability to handle complaints, feedback, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Training skills, including the ability to provide training to stakeholders as necessary
• A graduate of any 4-year course
• Experience in the real estate industry or a related field is a plus
