ABOUT YOU- 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineeror similar technical support role.
- Proficient in Active Directory,Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server Administration.
- Familiarity withIT monitoring toolsand incident management systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
