About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part as the first escalation point for complex issues requiring deeper product, configuration, integration, and data investigation

You'll protect service quality and enterprise commitments through structured troubleshooting, defect validation, and SLA-aligned case management, while strengthening the capability of the global support function

You'll thrive if you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, mentoring others, and delivering meaningful customer outcomes.

As Our Newest Senior Application Support Analyst, You'll

  • Manage and resolve complex cases escalated from Level 1 using structured diagnostic methods
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across application behaviour, configuration, integrations, and data-related issues
  • Validate defect conditions and prepare clear technical evidence for Level 3/Engineering when code or schema changes are required
  • Mentor Level 1 Analysts and contribute to knowledge management and service improvement initiatives
