Job Description
- Oversee and manage the legal operations within the organization to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments to facilitate business processes and decision-making.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments in company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when required for specialized legal matters.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Legal Supervisor Should Have
- A degree in Law or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven expertise in legal operations, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in the business services industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a large organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
