Work Title: Legal Services Supervisor
Work Setup/Shift: Night Shift – Hybrid Setup (after training)
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary Range: Up to PHP 115,000 Basic Pay
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Legal Operations and Paralegal team to achieve operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk legal and operational matters.
- Partner with U.S.-based Legal teams to align priorities, service expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Execute legal operations strategies focused on process optimization, technology enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational dashboards, driving accountability and improvement initiatives.
- Oversee legal intake, workflow management, and prioritization to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
- Provide hands-on operational and paralegal support as needed to address business requirements and maintain service continuity.
- Support the expansion and enhancement of paralegal service capabilities for both local and U.S.-based legal teams.
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects, including cost optimization initiatives, process enhancements, and system implementations.
- Complete a minimum of 12 hours of annual continuing legal or professional education to maintain and enhance expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Management, Law, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, corporate environment, or global shared services organization.
- Experience working within the healthcare industry is required.
- Proven experience leading teams or serving in a supervisory/leadership capacity.
