Description:
- Organize Partner's/Associate's calendar of appointments, meetings, and other business schedules
- Answer/place calls of lawyers , relay message to concerned parties
- Arrange for meeting venues and related requirements
- Records management
- Prepare, print, photocopy, collate or bind legal documents, reports, etc. and arrange for prompt delivery to clients, government agencies, other recipients
- Transcribe documents and reports when necessary
- Receive visitors and arrange for coffee service
- Other administrative and office management tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's/College degree from a reputable school preferably in Office Administration, Legal Management, Mass Communication, Computer Science or related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Can work well under pressure, with minimum supervision and willing to work long hours
- Must be assertive, self-starter and able to take directions well
- Some exposure or experience as a legal secretary will be an advantage
- Willing to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
