Job Description

  • Writing simple letters and other correspondence;
  • Drafting, revising and finalizing Secretary's Certificates and board resolutions;
  • Drafting, revising and finalizing minutes of board and shareholder meetings;
  • Attending board and shareholder meetings and transcribing the minutes of meetings;
  • Coordinating with other departments on their requests for legal assistance and support;
  • Assisting the lawyers in corporate housekeeping duties;
  • Supporting the lawyers in their projects and transactions by collating documents, preparing files, etc.;
  • Coordinating with external parties on various matters relating to LRG;
  • Coordinating with and supporting the paralegal and other legal secretaries; and
  • Performing other administrative duties as may be requested by the lawyers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • With at least 2 years experience as a secretary in a corporation or a law firm.
  • With good communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
