Job Description

  • Conduct extensive legal research to gather and analyze data for cases
  • Review and advise on existing and new legislation
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and pleadings
  • Assist in the preparation of legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry legal regulations and compliances
  • Use online and print legal research tools to gather and organize information
  • Provide accurate, concise, and comprehensive legal advice to lawyers
  • Assist in the coordination of legal proceedings, including scheduling hearings and meetings
