WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for two (2) organized, analytical, and highly dependable Paralegals to provide legal research, documentation, drafting, and administrative support to a fast-paced legal team.
The ideal candidates are strong in legal research and writing, detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and capable of managing multiple assignments, documents, and deadlines with speed and accuracy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and corporate research using reliable sources.
• Prepare research summaries, case digests, and reference materials.
• Draft, review, and revise legal memoranda, contracts, correspondence, pleadings, and internal briefs.
• Review legal documents, compliance guidelines, and contractual provisions to identify risks or issues.
• Attend meetings and record accurate minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update legal trackers, case logs, task sheets, and database records.
• Organize and manage legal files, contracts, case materials, and confidential documents.
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and filing schedules across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on document requirements and timelines.
• Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
• Law graduate, underbar, senior law student, or graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, or any related field.
• Strong legal research, drafting, proofreading, and analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex legal data into clear, concise summaries and well-organized reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to time-sensitive requests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, compliance, or litigation setting is an advantage.
