We're hiring a Legal & Regulatory Governance Lead for a strategic leadership role within a top multinational organization. This position combines legal expertise, compliance oversight, and enterprise risk management, ideal for professionals ready to shape risk culture and regulatory integrity across the business.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in legal, compliance, or governance roles
- Background in insurance, banking, financial services, or other regulated sectors
- Strong understanding of Philippine legal and regulatory landscape
- Skilled in managing risk registers, controls testing, and regulatory filings
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort with cross-functional engagement
- LLB graduate or equivalent; bar admission preferred
What You'll Be Doing:
- Advise on key business initiatives, transactions, and contracts from a legal and regulatory lens
- Lead compliance audits, reviews, and risk identification efforts across departments
- Maintain and implement risk frameworks and internal control systems (including ERM)
- Monitor regulatory updates and drive internal responses to new laws or guidelines
- Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external counsel
- Deliver training programs to build awareness around legal and compliance practices
- Produce executive-level reports and insights for senior management and the board
