Major Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negatiate contracts and agreements, including service contracts, client agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Research and analyze legal issues and regulations relevent to the organization's operations and industry.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including corporate records, contracts, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure that the organization's activities and operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Monitors changes in laws and update company policies to prevent legal issues.
• Investigate legal precedents, statutes, and insdustry regulations to support the organizations.
• Handle legal claims, manage external lawyers, and industry regulations to support the organization.
• Perform other legal tasks and responsibilities as assigned b Vice President-Legal and Compliance and Assistant Vice President for Legal and Compliance.
  
  

Qualifications

Education

• A bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  
  

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, or working as legal assistant or paralegal.
• Experience in working in law office or legal department.
  
  

Knowledge

• Deep understanding of corporate law, contact law, labor regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  
  

Skills

• Clear verbal and written skills to explain legal ideas and non-legal staff.
• Precisions when reviewing legal documents and contracts.
  
  

Working pattern and location:

• Join Date: September - October 2026
• Employment Type: Full-time Employee
• Work Location: On-site
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
• Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.
