Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review board resolutions
• Prepare board meeting minutes
• Assist with multi-jurisdictional incorporations
• Support preparation of annual statutory documents for filing
• Provide legal support for ad hoc client requirements
• Liaise directly with clients on corporate secretarial concerns
• Monitor tasks and ensure proper time-keeping
Must-Have Qualifications
• Legal background with significant corporate secretarial services experience
• At least 3 years of company secretarial experience
• Experience handling local and/or multinational corporate secretarial activities
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized, analytical, and quick to learn
Good-to-Have
• Experience supporting multinational corporate environments
