- Looking for a commercially minded lawyer who can support deals, manage risks, and help build the legal function (not purely compliance-focused)
- Preferably with Power & Energy industry experience
- Must be a Bar passer
- Reports directly to the CEO
- Must be willing to support other business groups and family matters when needed
He or She will work closely with top management and owners on transactions, regulatory matters, and daily legal requirements across multiple entities.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Bar passer
- With experience from a top-tier or reputable mid-size commercial law firm; in-house experience is a plus
- Contracts Management (from drafting to negotiations)
- Experience in any of the following: Corporate/M&A, Project Finance, Energy Regulatory, or Real Estate/Land Transactions
- With familiarity with Philippine energy regulations is preferred
- Experience handling land transactions and working with government agencies and LGUs
- Open to Filipino candidates only
