As Legal Manager, you will be supporting the expanding operations by ensuring effective legal oversight, contract management, and regulatory compliance, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Legal team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Contract Management: Independently review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal standards, and risk mitigation strategies while maintaining proper documentation and lifecycle tracking.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor adherence to applicable laws and internal policies, identify legal risks, and support the development and implementation of compliance programs.
- Corporate Governance: Assist in preparing and reviewing board-level documents, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and managing regulatory filings and documentation.
- Legal Advisory & Cross-functional Support: Provide legal guidance to Operations, HR, Finance, and SCM; collaborate on business initiatives; and support dispute resolution, including coordination with external counsel.
- Legal Operations & Team Support: Support the Senior Legal Manager, strengthen internal legal processes and controls, and ensure continuity and capability within the legal function.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Juris Doctor preferred
- Member of the Integrated Bar (or equivalent) in good standing
- At least 5–8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or in-house setting
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Strong experience in contract management, compliance, and corporate governance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
