We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to join our growing team supporting an Australian personal injury law firm. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and experience handling personal injury matters, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Conduct initial client intake and assess eligibility for personal injury claims.
- Gather and document accurate client information.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure smooth case referrals and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Australian personal injury law is required.
- Preferred experience (in order of priority):
- Car Accident (CTP) Claims
- Work Injury Claims
- Workers Compensation, Public Liability, or TPD Claims
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in handling phone conversations.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Stable employment history with good tenure in previous roles.
