Legal Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and oversee the Group's global legal governance framework, policies, and compliance standards.
• Serve as key legal advisor to senior management on corporate governance, global transactions, and strategic decisions.
• Lead complex cross-border deals including M&A, JV, strategic partnerships, IP licensing, and financing projects.
• Manage major overseas litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
• Establish and enhance global compliance systems (sanctions, export control, data privacy, antitrust, cybersecurity).
• Lead multi-jurisdiction negotiation teams and ensure sound risk management across global operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law from a top-tier university; major jurisdiction Bar qualification preferred.
• 10+ years experience, including time in a top international law firm and senior in-house legal leadership role.
• Proven track record building or restructuring a regional/global legal function.
• Strong experience in tech, automotive, or advanced manufacturing preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, capable of high-level negotiation and drafting.
• Strong judgment, stakeholder management skills, and global business mindset.
